Aiwork — scheduling and records for service businesses

What it is

Aiwork is online software for small service businesses — studios, schools, salons and practices. Schedule, clients, staff, payments and documents in one place. It is made by Konsa Studio s.r.o., Prague, Czech Republic.

What it does

— a schedule of bookings by staff member and resource;

— client cards, groups, memberships and gift certificates;

— an online booking page for clients;

— invoices, payments and contracts.

Google Calendar

A staff member can connect their own Google Calendar. Aiwork then shows the events from their primary calendar in their own schedule — visible only to them — so they do not book themselves into busy time, and writes their bookings and working hours into two separate Aiwork calendars — one for bookings, one for working hours.
